As much as I am enjoying it over here, I’m really missing the nice SoCal winter weather. I miss wearing my pea coats and jackets! I must say, this vacation was a much needed one. I’ve never had this much rest in the longest! It took me some time to actually grasp that I can wake up later than 4 AM! A Blog Abroad
I arrived safely in Manila! It’s 12:20 AM in the morning, Wednesday, December 16, 2009, and the weather is perfect. My goodness, the flight here was horrible! I woke up at 3:30, got ready and left to the airport by 4:25AM. I checked in and boarded at 8:00AM. The plane left a little bit past 8:30, definitely behind schedule. on my way to the Philippines! It doesn’t even feel like I’m going. In my mind, I still feel like I’m going to wake up tomorrow morning in my bed, calling Jeff to wake him up to play basketball.
